Refund policy

a) Your services will be enabled immediately on receipt of your payment.
b) Since the Services we offer are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not provide refunds after the purchase, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any of the Services.
c) The services purchased solely belong to the account from which the services have been purchased, services cannot be refunded, and/or transferred to any other account.
d) The purchased services will have to be used within validity period as may be specified during the purchase. If no validity period is specified at the purchase, the validity of the purchased services will be considered as 90 English Calendar days from the date of purchase.
e) In the event that the Subscriber fails to utilize the purchased services within the validity period, the Company will not be liable to extend the validity period or make any other adjustments in lieu thereof.
